I love garlic and this is a quick treat I love to pull together.
2 ciabatta loaves
140g butter, softened
4-6 garlic cloves, crushed
Parsley, finely chopped
Mix the soft butter and fined chopped garlic and parsley together until they form a paste.
Slice the bread in half lengthwise and toast the crust side for 2mins till crunchy.
Spread the garlic butter onto the soft side of the bread and pop back under the grill until golden.
